Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

Shipping & Delivery (Domestic Orders):

We work with our shipping and delivery partners to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours. Please note that shipments may not be sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. While we try our best to work with our delivery partners for an estimated arrival date, we cannot guarantee it and it is dependent on the courier partner and location of delivery.

Shipping Charges:

  • On orders below Rs. 999: Rs. 75 Shipping Cost
  • On orders above Rs. 1000: Free Shipping

  • We ship the orders within 1-2 business days of order creation from our facility. 
  • It takes 3-5 business days for the order to be delivered.

Please note orders may be delayed due to current COVID situation or any weather-related issues. Rest assured we are going to deliver your products at the earliest.

 Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy (Domestic Orders):

We want you to be happy with our EkoMaze products. Please see below for conditions in which return, replacement or refund will be considered:

  • Manufacturing defect
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Expired product delivered
  • Damaged product delivered–Physical damage/tampered product or packaging
  • Incomplete order-missing products

Conditions returns/replacement will not be accepted:

  • Opened/used/altered products
  • Original packaging is missing
  • The return/replacement request is generated after 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The damaged/missing product is reported after 2 days from the date of delivery.

If there is any defect, please let us know by sending an email ([email protected]) or calling our customer solution center (+91-9023744090) within 24-48 hours of receiving & accepting the product. We believe in complete customer satisfaction, and any product which you have received in a damaged condition due to transportation or manufacturing defect can either be replaced or refunded. Refund Policy:

In case of prepaid orders, money will be returned to the mode of payment selected during the placement of the order within 7 business working days.

We will process your refund within 7 business days in case of cancellation of an order that has not been dispatched. In case of returns, we will refund the money after the product has been received by our warehouse and post completion of the quality check. Please note, this entire process takes 2 weeks after the return has been picked up.

Cancellation Policy:

Once an order is placed and confirmed, you can get in touch with our customer solutions team by email ([email protected]) or calling us (+91-9023744090) with your order details to raise a cancellation request. Once an order has been dispatched, we will work with you and our delivery partners to process your cancellation request on a case-by-case basis.


Refund Policy (International Orders)


Orgomore Green Solutions Pvt Ltd operates an ecommerce service and related services through www.ekomaze.com, www.orgomore.com , and related sites accessible to mobile devices, tablets, and other connected devices. As used in this policy, “Ekomaze” “Orgomore” refers to Orgomore Green Solutions Pvt Ltd.. We may refer to Orgomore Green Solutions Pvt Ltd as “we”“us”, or “our”. We may refer to you as “consumer”“you”, or “your”.

Orgomore Green Solutions Pvt Ltd wants you to be happy with your purchase, so our return policy makes it easier for you to try our products with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of a product purchased from us through the Service, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase by submitting your request via an email to [email protected] or through the contact us page @ www.ekomaze.com. The refund will be processed within 14 days of raising the request. Once processed, your refund will be in the form of either store credit or a refund back to your payment method depending on the reason for your refund request. If you request a refund for an incorrect, defective, or damaged product; we will issue you a refund to the same method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal, store credit, etc.) used to make your purchase following Orgomore Green Solutions Pvt Ltd. receipt of the item being returned. If the refund request is for other reasons (e.g., the product was not what you expected) or if we are unable to issue your refund to the same payment method used for the purchase (such as when you cancel or replace your credit card), then we may issue the refund as store credit. Please note that we will not refund your order if you accidentally purchase an incorrect number of products.

All refund requests must include the following information

  • Full name of purchaser

  • Your email address and the date of delivery

  • Name and quantity of the product for which a refund is requested

  • Reason for requesting a refund.

We reserve the right to refuse any refund request if you do not make it within 30 days of purchase or if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the refund request may be a violation of our terms and conditions.
